The Five best and free ways to Relax plus Bonus...

In this buffed times , isn't it a great blessing to relax ?

Everyone wants and needs to relax .

Whatever way you have chosen to make you feel more smooth and mellow, awesome !!

Here are some peak performance ways too get you there , in almost every environment . Free of charge .

Remember ! Sometimes relaxation means to release tension . Sometimes it means to chill .

Choose your weapon :

Number One and Top Notch on the List : 

Give yourself a proper , gushing , explosive ORGASM ! 

One or even two ! , even a tiny one during the day helps you stay more gentle and human .
Recommendation: Have a good glas of Champagne right before you go at it ...

Number Two: 

A neck and/or foot , eye-massage ....... on cannabis (just tiny amounts recommended during office hours)

Take one minute , 30seconds, and brainstorm all the tiny details Why you love that....
Imagine , put on a huge smile and vividly imagine .... paint it big ..

This one is corny but fun :

Fart !
Loud and with all your heart, lift your leg even a little bit ...

Make it a fun exercise and fart in public, next to your boss , or in a goverment facility , on a coffee table .
The moment everybody will stare at you with shear embarrassment, test your confidence and say something like : Wow , i am amazed how self disciplined i am , someone else might have literally sharted.
